RETURN PROTOCOLS

1. GENERAL ORDERS

All equipment issued (sold) by Leather Porter may be returned to HQ within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition as dispatched.

2. DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT

If you receive damaged or incorrect supplies, report to Field Communications immediately. We will arrange for a replacement drop or full refund.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return, secure the item in its original packaging. Attach the Return Authorization Form (RAF) provided by support. Ship to the coordinates below:
